Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of a dynamic and fast paced team within a dedicated sales and customer service team based within Neighbourhoods Regeneration and Sustainability (NRS).The role will include proactive engagement with existing and new customers. Duties will include maintaining accurate customer records, liaising with operations and finance and championing the customer to ensure first class customer service. You must have a good level of written English, previous customer service experience, excellent customer service skills, good IT skills with sound knowledge of microsoft office, a good telephone manner and a current driving licence. An awareness of the waste and recycling industry is desirable.
