Job Description

Post Title:    Assistant Projects Officer
Location:     Inverness/Hybrid
Hours:          35 Hours per Week
Duration:     Fixed Term  Fixed term until 31/03/2025
Salary:        £30,776 - £34,452 p.a.

* This post will be a mix of home or office-based. We are reviewing our office accommodation to determine best use, taking into account staff preferences and their requirements. Work location will remain under review.

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To contribute to the design and delivery of a flexible, person-centred employability service for clients which provides pathways into fair and sustainable work to meet emerging local labour market priorities and to tackle in-work poverty. 

To work with partners on the design and implementation of project related employability solutions.  To support inclusive economic growth across the public, private and third sector by designing and delivering a wide range of labour market initiatives including Job Creation opportunities.

Requirements

HND or equivalent experience in a relevant work discipline.

A driving licence is highly desirable, but consideration would be given to the post holder making alternative arrangements as long as these meet the operational requirements of the Service
