Job Purpose: To assist the Property Inspections Management Officer throughout the complete range of Property Management duties with particular emphasis on Property Condition Surveys and management, Maintenance works programming, Capital Project delivery, statutory requirements, service contracts and health and safety matters.

To act as Project Sponsor and be responsible for the management, development and implementation of surveying contracts and strategic condition focussed maintenance projects.

To assist in the management of the Council’s General Fund property estate and to assist in developing and contribute to strategic policies and procedures.
