Salary: £58,622 - £63,973 p.a.

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: This CSM post is responsible for the delivery of the statutory requirements of the Highland Council’s residential care provision across the Highlands, as detailed in the National Guidance for the External Management of Residential Care Establishments in Scotland (2013). Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Social Work with specialist knowledge in residential care and through care.
• SSSC Registered.
