Job Purpose: This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a new ICT team that is committed to delivering quality ICT services to The Highland Council.

Delivering support as part of the service desk within the Council’s ICT Services team to provide a high quality, efficient and effective service to end users that delivers the desired customer service experience and improves customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Relevant industry specific qualification(s); or
  • Relevant proven experience that demonstrates a similar level of knowledge and understanding
  • Experience in a related Customer facing role
  • Experience in dealing with customers over the phone 
  • Experience working in a customer focussed Service Delivery environment 
  • Experience in working with desktop packages e.g. Office 365, Windows 10
