Location: Inverness
Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £37,146 - £40,258 p.a.

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To assist the Property Inspections Management Officer throughout the complete range of engineering duties with particular emphasis on Property Engineering Condition Surveys, statutory requirements, engineering contracts and health and safety matters.

Requirements

You will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within Highland to meet the operational requirements of the Service.

You will hold an HNC in an appropriate engineering discipline, or be able to provide evidence of extensive engineering experience of equivalent status.

Practical knowledge and experience of both mechanical and electrical systems and competent diagnostic skills.
