Job Description

Post Title:  Facilities Assistant 2 
Location:   Inverness High School
Hours:       25 hours per week (Mon-Fri 15:00-20:00)
Duration:  Permanent 
Salary:      £15,548 - £17,225

These hours will be mostly worked late afternoon, evening & weekends and will be flexible to accommodate Service needs and building access.

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To assist the Area Facilities Supervisor/ Team Leader in the provision of an effective Facilities Management Service with regards to property management, building access and egress, maintenance, health & safety and cleaning activities.
