Job Purpose: Reporting into the Waste Management Officer, the Foreperson 2 will collaboratively manage the day-to-day service delivery of refuse and recycling services in Nairn Area. This includes managing and engaging operatives/employees and resources to execute the seamless delivery of refuse & waste services. Engaging with front-line employees on Health and Safety and administering all required reports, documentation, and any other administrative requirement
