Job Purpose: The ICT Support Officer will assist in supporting and ensuring the Council's line of business applications are maintained effectively. To support the overall provision of service, including the elements carried out in house and those carried out by external suppliers. To drive and support technology enabled business change through the Highland Council focusing on efficiently delivering both internal and external customer outcomes in line with our strategic requirements.

An IT background in service management is essential for this role.
