Essential

  • Educated to degree level in a relevant subject such as business, finance or human resources.
  • The post holder should bring experience of operating at a leadership and management level, such that they can make an immediate contribution to the Senior Leadership Team and positively impact on the effectiveness of the school's support services.
  • A high level of competency in communication, presentational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills and practical facilitation skills.
  • Experience of budget responsibility and monitoring
  • Experience of managing staff
  • Experience in resource/project management

Desirable

  • A professional qualification in management, business, human resources, finance or other relevant field.
  • Experience of working in a school environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of school governance and national education priorities.

Knowledge of business planning and performance management.

Based on you working 36 hours over 52 weeks per year the minimum actual salary for this position is £42,322.15 per annum.

Requirements
