NLC7 £25,980 - £28,635

Based in the Integrated Equipment and Adaptation Service, Motherwell, you will assist in the development, supervision and delivery of maintenance strategies and services. This will involve ensuring contractor / partner compliance with contract conditions and production of contract specifications and performance reports.

A SVQ Level 3/HNC, or equivalent, in a relevant discipline is essential together with a building trade background or moderate experience within the building repairs industry and experience in computerised work generation and inspection systems. Good communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines is also essential while a driving licence is desirable.

The successful candidate will be subject to a Criminal Conviction check through Disclosure Scotland.
