We are looking for an Inclusion Manager who will play a pivotal role in the development of the Council’s overall strategy to meet the Additional Support Needs of children and young people.

With a detailed knowledge of the Additional Support Needs sector, including legislative and current practises, you will have a proven history of innovative responses to inclusion. Your experience and understanding will ensure North Lanarkshire Council effectively delivers on the Scottish Government’s policy objectives with regard to Inclusion.

With effective and demonstrable leadership experience, you will manage the Inclusion Team as they deploy resource and provide knowledge, guidance and advice on complex matters, and be a key player in the Council’s transformational change programme relevant to the Inclusion agenda.

This post is temporary until 30 December 2023.

You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member prior to commencing in this role.
