Asset Management Surveyor

35 hours per week
Permanent
£40,608 - £43,054 (including Distant Islands Allowance)

We are looking for someone with relevant skills to join our Estates team as Asset Management Surveyor within Orkney Islands Council.

This is an important role which requires a highly experienced Professional with commercial property management experience.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Council’s commercial property portfolio comprising approximately 120 investment properties at an estimated annual rental income of £1.8M. Qualifications and relevant experience are detailed in the Job Description and Person Specification.

You should be able to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within Orkney to meet the operational requirements of the Service.
