You will be reporting to Tracy Breck, Interim Registered Manager

Your working pattern is on an 8 week rota basis, with flexible and hybrid options available.

The purpose of this role is to assist in the effective and efficient co-ordination, scheduling and monitoring of the Care at Home service using am electronic rostering system. You will organise and manage the work routines of a large, dispersed group of care at home assistants in line with the principles of the Health and Social Care Standards.

The necessary qualification, experience and skills required for this role are, a qualification at SCQF 5/6 i.e. SVQ2, National 5, Standard Grades, O Grades, Intermediate 2, SVQ3, Higher National Certificate, Foundation Apprenticeship in a relevant subject or have a minimum 2 year previous relevant experience.

You will have the ability to treat people with dignity, respect and compassion and be able to demonstrate good planning and organisational skills. You will have good written and verbal communication skills and possess IT Skills including an operational knowledge of mobile phones. This post is a regulated role with adults and requires Level 2 PVG Scheme membership.
