Inclusion and Wellbeing Manager

£40,608 - £43,054 pro rata (including Distant Islands Allowance)
Orkney College UHI is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the above post. You will lead the development and delivery of a professional and proactive Inclusion and Wellbeing service for students across all sites and will provide specialised and individualised support for learners with multiple and complex needs, as they consider, enter and progress through college.
You must be educated to HND or equivalent SCQF level 8 in an appropriate subject area. You must also have experience of producing support plans for individuals, liaising with external agencies to provide the best support possible, experience of using a range of IT packages and experience of managing a team of staff.
This post is subject to membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme in respect of regulated work with children and adults.
You should be able to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within Orkney to meet the operational requirements of the Service.
