We are looking for an outstanding aspiring or experienced middle leader who can shape, develop and support this faculty to provide curricular and extracurricular excellence and equity for the young people of Perth Academy. 

You will lead the Music and Drama Faculty, being responsible for all aspects of curriculum development, learning & teaching and the raising of attainment and achievement.  You will have the overview and strategic responsibility for the development of the Music and Drama Faculty.  You will liaise effectively with drama teachers, music teachers, music instructors and support the delivery of whole school music and drama performances, working collaboratively with others in the school to build a performing arts faculty where young people can attain, achieve and build skills for life and work.

You will play an important role as a middle leader and will be expected to contribute to whole school improvement. 

Drive and enthusiasm and a clear vision for improvement, combined with a capacity for sustained hard graft are essential attributes for the successful candidate in this large and thriving school community.
