RDM Primary School, Scone 

This Pupil Support Assistant role provides a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team at RDM. The main responsibilities of the post are working to support individuals and groups of children across our Specialist Provision.

We are looking to appoint a nurturing and committed Pupil Support Assistant to join our Specialist Provision team to cover maternity leave.  The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate flexibility in approaches to meet a range of learner needs.  The individual will be able to listen to, and be responsive to, learner needs demonstrating the skills, qualities and enthusiasm to further develop and build on the existing high standards of learner experiences within our school. The candidate will be committed to continually enhancing knowledge and skills through working collegiately and through CPD.  The ability to work independently and as part of the team is essential. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team at RDM who are committed to providing an excellent education for all young people and promote an ethos of inclusion.
