We are looking for our next Shared Head Teacher for this unique setting.

Blair Atholl & Logierait Primary Schools are very warm places where everyone is welcome and supported to be and do their best. Our Nursery, P1-3, and P4-7 classes come together on a regular basis to learn as a school community. Our expectation is that we build a nurturing, positive learning environment in which every child and their family feels included and has the opportunity to be and do their best. Throughout all our interactions, we work on developing our school's values.

The Head Teachers Education and Training (Scotland) Regulations 2019 require candidates who are appointed to their first permanent Head Teacher post from 1 August 2020 to have attained the Standard for Headship. If you have not gained this qualification, appointment can only be made on a fixed term basis for maximum period of 30 months. Perth & Kinross Council are committed to supporting candidates gain this qualification.
