You will join a team of supportive people who are skilled and experienced in delivering care and crisis intervention to service users across Perth and Kinross. All training will be provided and you will be given long term career opportunities in a rewarding, varied and flexible role.
The working pattern for this role is 12 hour shifts with a mixture of 08.00-20.00 and 20.00-08.00

 

 

The Individual

It is essential that you have good listening, oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to work as part of a team. If you are passionate about supporting others, have a caring attitude and warm heart then this is the role for you. You must also have the ability to maintain confidentiality, work co-operatively with other professionals, families and carers and be able to work on your own initiative. This role will be ideal for you if you are enthusiastic, motivated and able to cope with demanding work. We expect you to be reliable and have a flexible approach together with a positive, responsible and caring attitude. This will be a demanding post that will allow you to demonstrate your flexibility and showcase your proactive approach that can respond to the changing needs of individuals. We can offer you a wide range of opportunities for your continuous professional development and it is essential that you have or be willing to obtain SVQ 2 in Social Care, or equivalent Qualification. Driving Licence is an essential for this role.
