Within the Supported living team, we are looking for enthusiastic, friendly and personable people to work with a fantastic range of individuals with learning disabilities who we support to live independently in their own home and the community.

The role is varied including: personal care, assisting meal preparation, supporting with medication and budgeting, maintaining household bills/expenditure, maintaining accurate records, attending community-based groups, supporting service users to socialising with friends, being friendly and professional, have good practice and values related to Ambition, Compassion and Integrity.

We offer an opportunity to work towards a recognised qualification SVQ2 in Health and Social Care. Excellent terms and conditions of employment including generous annual leave and pension scheme with PKC.

We have various posts available and minimum contracts of 16.00hrs per week. If you are the right person, we can be flexible and support you to work your hours across 2, 3, or 4 days per week.
