The HART and HART plus teams provide reablement and care at home support to enable vulnerable people to remain at home. The service helps people maximise their independence and provides support during times of crisis and on a day to day basis. This is an exciting opportunity to lead these teams and make a positive impact on numerous people’s lives. As well as operationally managing the teams, the postholder will contribute to the ongoing Transformation Programme which aims to further improve the Care at Home and Reablement service across Perth & Kinross.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated person who is a good communicator and can work autonomously or as part of a team who has a ‘can do’ attitude. Experience of working in an adult care setting essential as is a Degree or relevant experience and management experience preferable.
