The world we live in has changed significantly in recent years, as have the expectations of our customers. We must adapt to this by providing mobile-first and digital-first services, while still providing other channels for those who need them.

 

We are looking for a Digital Services Officer to join our Customer Technology team to deliver Renfrewshire Council’s ambitious plan of developing and transforming digital services offered to our customers.

 

Supporting the Senior Digital Services Officer, you will be responsible for the research, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of digital services across a wide range of Council services. You will build digital forms using a form builder tool, which are consistent and user-friendly.

 

You will build digital forms including application forms, enquiries, payments, and appointments. These forms will be a combination of customer facing and staff facing, joined up to create efficient and effective end-to-end processes.

 

You will be able to show experience in digital service design and redesign, system testing or implementation, and be able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines. We are looking for a customer focussed individual who has effective problem solving and communication skills and is comfortable operating in an ever-changing technical environment.

 

You will be joining an enthusiastic, results driven team who are already transforming digital services for the residents of Renfrewshire.
