Being part of our Care at Home Team is immensely rewarding, but also demands commitment and professionalism. Working with some of the most vulnerable people in our community can give enormous job satisfaction. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team that includes, Occupational therapists, Community Nurses, GP’s and Social care professionals. Working together to create a positive working relationships and providing a positive experience for those using the service.

Our Care at Home and Reablement teams provide services to members of our community within their own homes. Encouraging them to achieve as much independence as possible. We provide services 7 days a week from 7am to 10pm. Supporting with a range of tasks based on assessed needs. Tasks can include, intimate Personal care, Continence/stoma care and using equipment.

We will provide Induction training and in addition the opportunity to gain your SVQ level 2 in Care.

We have a variety of shifts available across Renfrewshire from part-time to sessional work that can fit round other commitments that you may have.

For this post you will require to have a Full UK driving License. Having own vehicle is not essential fleet vehicles can be available.

This Post requires you to be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council within 6 months of employment starting.

This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update check, prior to a formal offer of employment being made.
