These are senior leadership opportunities to help shape the future of adult health and social care services. Working as part of a supportive senior leadership team, you will lead large multidisciplinary teams, support continuous improvement and deliver person-centred services that improve outcomes for local people.

About the Opportunities

We are recruiting for two Registered Manager positions.

Registered Manager for our Care at Home Service

Lead a regulated Care at Home service focused on improving outcomes for adults and older people. You will provide strategic and operational leadership, oversee governance and quality assurance arrangements, and support a culture of continuous improvement that enables people to experience person-centred care and support, achieve their goals and maintain independence in their own homes and communities.

Registered Manager for our Community Alarms, Overnight Care and Community Meals Services

Lead and develop our Community Alarms, Overnight Care and Community Meals Services, helping people to remain safe, connected and independent within their own homes and communities. You will provide strategic leadership across these services, support the registration of the Community Alarms Service with the Care Inspectorate, lead the redesign of Overnight Care provision in partnership with District Nursing colleagues, and support continuous improvement to ensure people receive person-centred and outcome focused support.

About the Role

As a Registered Manager, you will:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for key adult services across Renfrewshire.
• Act as the Registered Manager with the Care Inspectorate and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, legislative and professional requirements.
• Lead and support large multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective and person-centred services.
• Support continuous improvement through governance, performance monitoring and quality assurance arrangements.
• Create a positive culture where staff feel valued, supported and empowered to perform their roles effectively.
• Manage budgets, workforce planning and resource allocation to support sustainable service delivery.
• Use performance information, audits, feedback and service intelligence to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver positive outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with NHS colleagues, partner organisations, Trade Unions, elected members and other stakeholders to improve outcomes for people who use services.

• Effective communication, influencing and relationship building skills.
• Registration with, or the ability to register with, the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
