If you are looking for your next move, why don’t you consider Renfrewshire Council’s Property Services team?  We are looking for a customer focussed, innovative and flexible individual that can help support the Council’s Capital and Revenue building programmes.  

 

To apply for this role, you will need to be a fully Charted QS member of the RICS.  You must have relevant post qualification experience in a construction environment and have worked on wide range of building projects. You will have had experience of managing staff and contract administration, have knowledge of procurement processes, good working knowledge of all current Building Contracts, and an awareness of current CDM Regulations.  Other key attributes include being commercially aware with the ability to deliver high quality projects on time and within budget, work under pressure as part of a team and have great skills in influencing others and problem solving.
