The post is 35 hours per week, working a four-on-four off rota with a combination of early and back shifts.  Shift Pattern: 07:00-17:15 and 11:45-22:30.

 

We are seeking a Service Coordinator who will report to the Service Delivery Manager to implement an electronic system within care at home services.  You will provide management, support, and guidance to staff responsible for the updating and maintaining of electronic systems, assisting them to make decisions in relation to the deployment of frontline staff.

 

It is essential that you have a relevant SVQ Level 3 qualification in administration or business.  You will have experience in managing people and teams effectively. It is further essential that you have experience of updating, managing, and maintaining data through the use of electronic systems.  You will be customer focused as part of a fast moving, challenging, continually changing environment, which ensures that all care at home provision meets the individual needs of service users by maintaining an electronic system.

 

You will also have a proven track record of working in partnership with key stakeholders.  It is desirable that you have experience of computerised Rostering/Scheduling Systems / Rota scheduling.

 

In order to practice, the post holder will require to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within 6 months of taking up post and complete the necessary qualifications in order to achieve and maintain registration.
