Are you a dynamic and energetic individual with a passion for driving continual improvement and service efficiency to enable investment in community initiatives and services?

OneRen is seeking an experienced and talented Business Analyst to join our Finance, Governance and Business Improvement team, who will assist shape the organisations performance management framework to ensure that it is aligned to our new business strategy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop OneRen’s performance management framework, collecting relevant data to monitor the quality and performance of operational services and conducting appropriate analysis and evaluation of the information.
  • Conduct research related to the sector to support policy development and development of organisational strategies.

This is an exciting opportunity to join OneRen in preparation for the reopening of our flagship cultural venues as part of the Future Paisley strategy, including Paisley Arts Centre and Paisley Museum. The postholder will work with management to analyse customer data, challenge ways of working and seek improvements to ensure that OneRen continue operate top class visitor attractions.

The postholder will sit within the Finance, Governance and Business Improvement Team and be responsible for reporting on OneRen’s performance of services, that supports a culture of continuous improvement and development.
