Role Purpose
An exciting opportunity has come available within SBC Contracts. The of Contracts Manager to manage a diverse range of civil engineering and building construction contracts including, groundworks, roadworks, bridgeworks, drainage, flood prevention, new build facilities and building renovations.
The responsibilities of the role are to manage the construction programme, resources, health and safety, contractual and commercial performance. Essential
Educated to degree, HND or HNC level in a relevant discipline or evidence of comparable experience and training.
SVQ Level 4 in Construction Contracting or attain within 2 years of being appointed.
Managers or Supervisors CSCS card
Current Site Managers Safety Training Scheme Certificate
