Role Purpose
The Estates Strategy team are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic surveyor to join us in managing and developing our diverse land and property estate. Reporting to the Estates Strategy Manager you will be responsible for advising on all aspects of estate and asset management including supporting the estate rationalisation programme and developing a fit for future estate.
Essential
Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or other equivalent professional qualification or substantial relevant experience
A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post. * If you have a disability which precludes you from holding a drivers licence, Scottish Borders Council will take into account its responsibility to make reasonable adjustments to allow for your disability.
