Advertisement Details

The Modern Apprentice ICT Network Assistant will work towards providing first line user support and customer service for all Council supported ICT equipment and services, as defined by ITIL v3. This is a highly visible customer-facing role. This will include working as part of a team to maintain ICT services. The Modern Apprentice ICT Network Assistant will also work towards undertaking a range of duties associated with financial and administrative support to the ICT Service.

The Modern Apprenticeship in IT and Telecommunications will be for up to 2 years.

The Modern Apprentice ICT Network Assistant will report to the Team Leader – ICT Operations and will learn and work as part of the team
