Job Description

What is the role?

Responsible for all activities in a production kitchen and manage the provision of catering services within the principal production unit and other satellite units.
Organise and participate in internal and external function catering as required and arrange transportation of meals and functions as appropriate.

Extra information:

The Grade of this post is Grade 2 / Level 5; the hourly rate is from £12.76 to £13.80 and the annual salary, adjusted for a term time working pattern, is from £20,003 to £22,425.

The work pattern is:  Mon-Fri 8am-3.30pm

The post is considered to be Regulated Work with children and adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) (PVG) Act 2007. Accordingly the preferred candidate will be required to become a member of the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update if already a Scheme member, prior to any formal offer of employment being made.
