What is the role?

Under the direction of the Team Leader (Hostels and Supported Accommodation), provide a support service to tenants accommodated under the Housing First service.

Extra information:

The Grade of this post is Grade 2 / Level 5; the hourly rate is from £12.76 to £13.80 and the annual salary is from £23,287 to £25,185. 

Please note this post is temporary for 10 months.

Working Pattern: 4 days on and 4 days off (rolling)

The successful candidate is required to either hold SSSC registration or be registered within 6 months of taking up the post.

This post is considered to be Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) (PVG) Act 2007.  Accordingly the preferred candidate will be required to become a member of the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update if already a Scheme member, prior to any formal offer of employment being made.  If you wish further information on the PVG Scheme you can visit the Disclosure Scotland website at www.disclosurescotland.co.uk.
