Working as part of the Mobile Alarm Attendant Team, in conjunction with both internal and external agencies to ensure the provision of an efficient and effective authority wide Community Alarm Service that is able to support the most frail, vulnerable members of the community and is able to respond appropriately to customer call-out needs.

The Grade of this post is Grade 2 / Level 5; the hourly rate is £12.76 to £13.80 and the annual salary is from £19,960 to £21,587. Please note this post has a 5% non - core allowance.

Working Pattern for this post is 4 days on, 4 days off day shift and late shift.

This post is considered to be Regulated Work with children and/or adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) (PVG) Act 2007. Accordingly the preferred candidate will be required to become a member of the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update if already a Scheme member, prior to any formal offer of employment being made.
