Job Description
What is the role?
Under the direction of the Team Leader you will take lead responsibility for the Outreach Team to
offer a range of practical and general supports to children in need and their families as directed by
and in collaboration with other staff and within an agreed action plan.

The Grade of this post is Grade 2 / Level 8, the hourly rate is from £17.38 to £18.93 and the annual salary is £31,718 to £34,547. This post is temporary until August 2023.
The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly between home and the office and the frequency for attending the office may vary depending on the exigencies of the service.
This post is considered to be Regulated Work with children and protected adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) (PVG) Act 2007. Accordingly the preferred candidate will be required to become a member of the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update if already a Scheme member, prior to any formal offer of employment being made.
