Job Description

The service is embarking on an exciting programme of transformation.  To support this work, we are looking to appoint a Team Leader.  As part of the Care at Home management team, the Team Leader will undertake a key leadership role responsible for the management of a team to ensure the Council meets its statutory obligations, timely assessment and review of service users serves to mitigate risks to service users and ensures that their health and wellbeing needs are met and the services that they receive are appropriate to their needs.

Responsibilities

Foreign Police Check

Candidates should be able to detail any gaps in employment and provide a foreign police check where applicable for any periods living or working abroad.
