Job Description

The successful applicant will be part of the Physical Disability & Sensory Impairment Team. You will be responsible for your own caseload based on functional assessment of individuals and reablement as appropriate to promote independence for adults. You will provide a direct Social Work Service to adults and provide professional support to the PDSI Team Duty Rota.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist who wishes to extend their knowledge and experience within a supportive environment that aspires to manages the challenges experienced working across a large rural area with urban centres. Regular supervision is provided by the PDSI Team Leader and full support will be offered to the post holder by the Adult and Older People's Services Management Team.

All applicants must be registered with Royal Collegeof Occupational Therapy and hold a Degreein Occupational Therapy qualification.
