Location: Lanark Memorial Hall, St Leonards Street, Lanark
Hours: 35 hours per week
Shift pattern: 4 week rota (Indicative rota attached)
Duration: Fixed Term until 27 September 2024
We are looking to recruit a Venue Supervisor to join our team at Lanark Memorial Hall.
We are a multi-purpose venue, hosting a wide variety of performances including theatre shows, musical artists, local groups, exhibitions and cultural classes and courses.
Our Venue Supervisor will assist in the day to day running of the premises, including supporting the venue management, supervising staff and operations.
We are looking for a flexible individual with excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.
The post will involve working shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
Supervision and co-ordination of box office, including system administration and client requirements/services, administration and all other operational aspects of the facility.
Staff supervision including preparation of payroll information, monitoring absence, staff scheduling, staff development and team briefing.
Compliance with Health and Safety, building, licence and other legislation.
Contribute to the management of the collation, analysis and interpretation of management information.
Management of events and large bookings including the management of associated resources
