Job Description
Stirling Council, Housing Services are looking to recruit a Floor Layer to join our in-house trade team.
We currently provide repairs and maintenance services across our housing portfolio as well as undertake Capital Investment works, adaptations and refurbishments as well as the construction of new homes for our tenants.
The successful applicant must have the experience, skills and knowledge in all aspects of floor preparation and laying and have experience of fitting carpets, sheet flooring materials as well as installing luxury vinyl tiles.
The candidate must also have experience if installing wet floors systems in adapted properties.
The successful candidate must have a full driving license and be willing to participate in an out of hours standby/emergency service.
