We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Care at Home Team in the Rural Stirling Area, making a difference to people’s lives. You will be based in one of our Rural bases i.e. Buchlyvie Primary School or Callander Health Centre.
Our team members work to agreed outcome support plans providing an enabling approach to individuals living in their own homes within their communities. Due to significant recent investment in our teams, we have a number of posts available across Stirling Rural team, for individuals to work in a challenging and rewarding environment, giving you an opportunity to make a real difference to lives of real people.
The post holder will work as part of the Clacks and Stirling Health & Social Care Partnership, working alongside Allied Health Professional (Physios & OT’s) and other professionals that work as a multi-disciplinary team. The post holder would be expected to undertake care tasks that support people in their daily living tasks and promote self-care of long-term medical conditions. We are looking for people who can be responsive flexible and work in a professional manner. You should be able to work shift patterns on a rota basis this includes evenings and weekends.
You will be required to register with the SSSC and attain the appropriate qualification (SVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care) which we will support you with this, providing comprehensive training and pay associated costs are included. You should hold a full, current driving licence that enables you to drive legally in the UK.
The salary on the advert is on the basis of working 30 hours per week. Working less hours, the salary will be pro-rated to hours of work.
