A new post within our extensive housing management team has arisen for a Housing Visiting Assistant. This post allows the successful candidate to attend any forced entries within our housing stock, alongside trades colleagues, to ensure access is given in order that we are complying with safety regulations. You will be out of the office for most of the working day due to forced entries being the main responsibility of the post. The successful candidate will also attend other visits with a range of Officers where a witness is required. There will be an opportunity to update our housing system through the work involved and you should be prepared to signpost to other relevant services or agencies.
If you have a full clean driving licence and like to be out and about for most of the working day, then this might be the job for you. If you would like further information on this vacancy, please do not hesitate to contact Rose Ann Robertson at robertsonr@stirling.gov.uk
The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Adults. If your application is progressed after the interview, you will be asked to complete the form and have your details verified.
If you’ve got the right skills for the job we want to hear from you. We encourage applications from the right candidates regardless of age (restrictions apply to Modern Apprenticeships), disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, belief or race.
