Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Stirling Council Housing Services for a Tenant Property Liaison Officer. The post holder will manage, inspect and co-ordinate defect repair referrals following handover for our new build and redevelopment projects. The successful candidate will have experience in undertaking inspections of repairs required, co-ordinating the recording and reporting of these as well as liaising with tenants and contractors to arrange access and rectification. The ideal candidate will also have an understanding of new sustainable and renewable technologies for heating and energy systems and be willing to learn how to operate these efficiently to educate the new tenants on the day to day operation of their new systems. The successful candidate will ideally have experience of both new-build and refurbishment projects and be a confident communicator able to converse with a wide range of individuals and have the ability to work on their own as well as part of a busy team.
