Job Description
Backshift work pattern - 4 days on 4 days off with 10% enhancement for irregular hours working between 3.00pm - 2.00am.
West Dunbartonshire Council is seeking to recruit enthusiastic and highly motivated individual/s to provide an efficient and effective Anti Social Behaviour Service.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering our housing services to our local communities. Providing a first class response to act/s of Anti Social Behaviour on behalf of our Tenants and Residents.
Post holders will be able to demonstrate, an ability to work under pressure and manage their day to day workload in order to deliver positive results through effective approaches to customer care and the investigation and intervention process.
Requirements
The preferred applicant will be required to complete a Basic Disclosure check prior to a formal offer being made by West Dunbartonshire Council.
Responsibilities
The employment for which you are applying is excepted from the provisions of section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders (Exceptions) Order 1975.
Applicants are, therefore, not statutorily entitled to withhold information about convictions which for other purposes are "spent" under the provisions of the Act. In the event of employment any failure to disclose such convictions could result in dismissal or disciplinary action.
