Job Description

An exciting post has arisen in to assist in providing quality maintenance, repairs, asset improvement and factoring services through management, planning and delivery of key projects carried out and managed by Building Services by securing provision of responsive, quality, value for money services that support West Dunbartonshire Councils’ strategic plan. 

You will lead in the provision of the Mixed Tenure Sold Property Services ensuring an effective, efficient and customer focused service. You will also assisting in the procurement of goods and services ensuing Building Services meets the Councils’ Procurement and Financial regulation and objectives.         

The main purpose of this post is to:

•    To ensure a first-class service is delivered for the Councils maintenance, repairs and improvement services including mixed tenure sold property services.
•    Providing a wide range of management information and performance reports on Mixed Tenure Sold Property Services.
•    Ensure effective and timeous liaison and information is provided on request from owners, elected members, legal representatives on all aspects of the Mixed Tenure Sold Property Service.  
•    Oversee the issue of annual fees and documentation in relation to the Mixed Tenure and Sold Property Services. 
•    To assist in the provision of the procurement of good and services.
