Job Description
This is a fixed term post until 31/12/2023.
West Dunbartonshire Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced individual to take forward the management of our support services for housing first tenants and homeless households living in temporary accommodation. The successful candidate will ensure the service delivers a high quality support service which maintains Care Inspectorate standards as well as delivering on the wider objectives of the homeless service.
This is a full-time position for an initial fixed period of six months subject to a wider service review.
You must have the appropriate professional qualifications and be able to register with SSSC. The post holder should have experience in a supervisory or managerial role and can demonstrate considerable knowledge and experience working with vulnerable adults with complex needs. You are required to demonstrate highly developed communication skills, fostering positive working relations across the housing options and homeless service and with other professionals and a range of audiences.

Requirements
The preferred candidate will be required to complete a Basic Disclosure check prior to a formal offer being made by West Dunbartonshire Council.
Responsibilities
