Edinburgh College is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified person to take up the exciting post of Lecturer in Pharmacy.

As a lecturer within the Pharmacy team you will be involved in the development and delivery of SCQF Level 4 -8 courses in Pharmacy. You will be joining an established team of GPhC registrants with a wealth of expertise that will support you in your new role.

A qualified Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacist currently registered with the GPhC, you will have experience of assessing or mentoring in the workplace. It would also be desirable to have experience of teaching within an FE setting and possess a PDA/TQFE or teaching qualification or be willing to work towards these. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, be happy to teach a wide range of students and will be able to work effectively within a team.

Applicants must be available to teach during the day and be able to demonstrate creative approaches to teaching, a willingness to share practice and contribute to the development of resources.
