Working as part of the Learning and Teaching Services team you will support the Learning Services Manager to provide an efficient and effective, high quality library service across Fife College as well as providing general clerical support as required.
You will provide a warm welcome to all customers and visitors and create a positive first impression of the College Library and provide assistance and support for students, staff and external customers with the use of all Library resources.
You should be educated to, or be working towards HNC/SVQ3 (SCQF Level 7) in Office Administration or Library/Information Studies, as well as having experience in a busy office or library environment.
Excellent IT Skills including word processing and use of web-based resources, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to use your own initiative prioritising and managing own workload are essential in this role.
