We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic individual to join our ICT team. The post holder will maintain, repair and configure ICT hardware and software in the College campuses. This will include servers, desktops, mobile devices and network infrastructure, taking ownership of user problems in order to provide a high quality, customer focussed, ITIL based ICT service.

You will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of College PC hardware and software and the administration and maintenance of wired and wireless networking equipment throughout the College.

The successful candidate will be educated to SCQF level 7 (HNC or equivalent) or with significant relevant experience in a live ICT service environment. It is essential that you are proficient in the use and operation of current desktop office applications as well as excellent team participation skills.
