To be part the Admissions team at the Motherwell, Cumbernauld, and Coatbridge Campuses. The Campus base for this role can be discussed to suit the successful candidate.
You will support applicants in Appling for short professional courses for our 22/23 intake. This will involve providing excellent customer-focussed assistance for all enquiries, supporting the delivery of an effective service.
You will be educated to SCQF Level 6 and have a comprehensive knowledge of the College's admissions process and UNITE. Microsoft Office suite knowledge is essential for this role. You should also have well developed interpersonal and communication skills, as you will be required to interact with a range of stakeholders, including learners and staff.
