Support for Learning Assistant

Newbattle Abbey College welcomes a diverse range of students to the college. Many of these students have additional support needs. We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work with our Learning & Teaching team to provide effective support for these students. The post holder will report to our Curriculum Manager, and work with our Support for Learning Tutor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tutor or teacher who is enthusiastic and committed to helping our students with additional support needs.

If the above is of interest to you, this role is part-time for 20 hours a week worked over Wednesday – Friday and for the academic year September - June. We offer 45 days holiday pro rata, a generous pension scheme, and a starting salary of £25,000 pro rata.
