JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reporting directly to the Senior Learning and Development Coach (SLDC), the Learning and Development Coach (LDC) will have responsibility for the overall co-ordination, oversight and delivery elements of Rossie’s Learning and Development strategy. The LDC will be responsible for the delivery of in-house training programmes, providing support to face to face, externally commissioned providers and supporting Rossie’s online blended learning programmes. The LDC will design and enhance the training provision on offer at Rossie, in conjunction with all core organisational functions and the multi-disciplinary nature of the organisation. This will be achieved through collaboration with the SLDC to ensure effective and timely delivery against strategy objectives. In addition, the LDC will work closely with the SLDC to support tailor made and bespoke training packages and other Rossie work as and when required.
